• RACHEL (Remote Area Community Hotspot for Education and Learning) offline servers
• Curriculum-aligned educational content for Kenyan learners
• Technical support and training for partner schools
• Open Educational Resources (OER) adapted for the Kenyan context
• Teacher and school capacity building programs

3. Use of Educational Content

Our educational content is provided primarily for non-commercial, educational purposes. Users may:

• Access and use content for personal learning
• Share content within educational institutions for teaching purposes
• Adapt Open Educational Resources in accordance with their respective licenses

Users may not:

• Sell or commercially distribute our proprietary content
• Remove attribution or licensing information from materials

4. Partner Schools and Organizations

Schools and organizations receiving RACHEL servers agree to:

• Use equipment solely for educational purposes
• Maintain equipment in good working condition
• Allow World Possible Kenya to conduct monitoring and evaluation visits
• Report any technical issues or content concerns promptly
• Acknowledge World Possible Kenya in relevant communications
• Ensure equipment is accessible to all learners without discrimination
• Designate a school ICT champion to coordinate usage

5. Donations and Contributions

All donations to World Possible Kenya are:

• Used exclusively for our educational mission
• Subject to our financial transparency policies
• Non-refundable unless made in error
• Acknowledged with appropriate receipts for tax purposes where applicable

Donors will receive confirmation of their donation and periodic updates on our impact. You may opt out of communications at any time.

6. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:
