Why We Exist
In Kenya, millions of students lack access to quality educational content simply because their schools don't have reliable internet. We're changing that.
World Possible Kenya was founded in 2018 with a simple but powerful idea: what if we could bring the world's best educational content to schools without needing the internet?
Working with our parent organization, World Possible International, we deploy RACHEL (Remote Area Community Hotspot for Education and Learning) devices to schools in underserved areas of Western Kenya. Each device contains over 10,000 educational resources - from Khan Academy videos to Wikipedia articles to CBC-aligned textbooks - all accessible completely offline.
Since our founding, we've equipped 50+ schools, trained hundreds of teachers, and empowered over 3,000 students with access to digital learning resources they never had before.
